Psychotherapy session

Service Description

During each virtual outpatient psychotherapy session I'll aim to provide a safe and supportive environment to address your therapeutic goals. Psychotherapy sessions will be scheduled on either an as-needed or ongoing basis after you have been established as a client with Compassionate Mind Therapy, LLC. Established clients can either schedule by contacting me directly or through their patient portal account. Self-pay: $110 I am in-network with Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Virginia, and Carelon Behavioral Health. While I do my best to ensure clients are in network prior to billing for services, I highly recommend you verify independently that I am in network for your specific plan.
