Initial Assessment

Service Description

The initial 45-60 minute biopsychosocial assessment will be scheduled during the initial discovery call. In this session, we will discuss your personal history, needs, goals, and create a personalized treatment plan to help you overcome any obstacles you may be facing. At the end of the session, we will schedule follow up therapy session/s and you will be provided with information for creating a patient portal account. Self-pay: $110 Insurance: I am in-network with Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Virginia, and Carelon Behavioral Health. While I do my best to ensure clients are in network prior to billing for services, I highly recommend you verify independently that I am in network for your specific plan and to inquire about a copay or coinsurance.
