Discovery Call

Service Description

All new clients must first participate in a free 10-15 minute discovery phone call, which will help us determine whether my practice and approach are an appropriate match to meet your needs, help you with your therapy goals, and if I have the right availability to match your schedule. If we determine it's appropriate to move forward, we will the schedule the first assessment appointment. If we determine that I am not the right therapist for you, I will do my best to provide guidance for referrals to other providers. I am in-network with Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Virginia, and Carelon Behavioral Health. While I do my best to ensure clients are in network prior to billing for services, I highly recommend you verify independently that I am in network for your specific plan.
